This Verification Policy explains how TOYBAYRAM may verify accounts, identities, contact details and selected profile information to improve trust and safety on the Platform. Verification is an internal TOYBAYRAM process and does not make the Platform a guarantor of a User's quality, conduct or performance of obligations.

Core principles

Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee quality, professionalism or future conduct.

Verified Performer means completion of a defined TOYBAYRAM review, not endorsement or a guarantee.

Users must provide accurate information and their own valid documents.

TOYBAYRAM may apply different Verification levels and require Reverification on reasonable grounds.

Verification does not replace a Performer's responsibility to comply with laws applicable to the Performer's activities.

Verification personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND THE ROLE OF TOYBAYRAM

1.Purpose of this Policy

This Policy sets out the rules for verification of Users, profiles and certain information on TOYBAYRAM. It applies together with the Terms of Use, Customer Terms & Booking Conditions, Performer Terms & Service Provider Agreement, Privacy Policy and other applicable Platform documents.

2.Purpose of Verification

Verification is used to reduce the risks of fraud, impersonation, inaccurate profiles and other misuse, and to improve transparency and trust between Users.

3.Verification is not a guarantee

TOYBAYRAM does not guarantee quality, professionalism, reliability, safety, legality of future conduct or actual performance of a particular Booking merely because Verification has been completed.

Verified Performer means only that the User has completed the level of checks required by TOYBAYRAM at the relevant time.

4.TOYBAYRAM is not a certification authority

TOYBAYRAM is not a government authority, professional association, licensing body, employer or guarantor of a User. Verification is an internal Platform process and does not replace any document, permit or registration that may be required by law.

5.No obligation to verify all Users in the same way

TOYBAYRAM may apply different levels and methods of verification depending on role, service category, risk, available features, geography, account history and other reasonable factors. Not all Users are required to complete the same level of Verification.

6.Changes to Verification requirements

TOYBAYRAM may change Verification requirements as the Platform develops, new features are introduced, risks change or legal requirements evolve. Where appropriate, a User may be asked to complete additional or repeat Verification.

7.Application to Customers and Performers

Basic checks may apply to both Customers and Performers. Enhanced Verification, including identity and profile checks, may be mandatory for Performers or for particular Platform features.

II. TYPES AND SCOPE OF VERIFICATION

8.Basic account checks

TOYBAYRAM may verify email, phone number, account ownership, technical security signals and other basic information necessary for normal Platform operation.

9.Identity Verification and Separate Biometric Assessment

As part of Identity Verification, TOYBAYRAM may request name, surname, date of birth, age confirmation, an identity document, photograph, selfie or other reasonably necessary information.

Automated face matching, a liveness check or another process that creates or uses a biometric identifier must not be introduced before a separate risk assessment, identification of a lawful basis and obtaining separate explicit User consent in the form required by applicable law.

If no biometric feature has been implemented, this Policy must not be read as a statement that TOYBAYRAM actually uses biometric identification.

10.Age verification

Independent account creation, acceptance of binding terms and use of features involving a Booking Agreement may be available only to persons aged 18 or over, unless applicable law or a specific Platform feature expressly provides otherwise.

11.Performer profile verification

TOYBAYRAM may review consistency of name or stage name, category, photographs, videos, description, experience, languages, Base Location, Travel / Service Area, services and other profile information.

12.Contact information verification

The Platform may verify email and phone number by code, link, call, message or another technical method.

13.Rights to content

Where there are reasonable grounds for concern, TOYBAYRAM may request evidence that a User is entitled to use photographs, videos, logos, music materials, text or other content displayed in the profile.

14.Social and external links

TOYBAYRAM may consider public professional pages, websites, social links or other sources as an additional signal, but the presence of such links does not by itself constitute Verification or guarantee the accuracy of information contained there.

15.Enhanced review in higher-risk situations

Where fraud, impersonation, unusual activity, repeated complaints, No-Show, attempts to evade sanctions or other risks are suspected, TOYBAYRAM may request additional information or temporarily restrict certain features until the review is completed.

16.Representatives of organizations

Where an account is used on behalf of a company or other organization, TOYBAYRAM may request evidence of the authority of the person acting on its behalf and information necessary to identify the relevant profile.

III. USER OBLIGATIONS DURING VERIFICATION

17.Accuracy of information

A User must provide only accurate, current information and documents relating to that User. It is prohibited to provide another person's, altered, forged, invalid or misleading information.

18.Use of own documents

An identity document, photograph or other material provided for identity verification must relate to the relevant User or be provided by a person lawfully authorized to act for an organization.

19.Keeping information up to date

A User must promptly update material information where, after Verification, there is a change to name, contact details, role, profile, Base Location, service category or other information that could make previously verified data inaccurate or misleading.

20.Cooperation with Verification

A User must provide reasonably requested information within the specified period. Failure to provide necessary information may result in inability to complete Verification, feature restrictions or removal of Verified status.

21.No circumvention

It is prohibited to circumvent Verification by creating additional accounts, using another person's information, technically disguising identity, providing forged documents or using other deceptive methods.

22.No sale or transfer of a Verified account

Verified status relates to a specific User and account. Selling, transferring, renting or effectively handing control of a Verified account to another person without TOYBAYRAM permission is prohibited.

23.Lawful Activity and Performer Tax Status

Profile Verification does not release a Performer from independent responsibility for compliance with laws applicable to activities, services, content, permits, registrations and tax obligations.

The Performer must state the tax status: individual, sole entrepreneur or legal entity. Full Verified Performer status requires a valid VÖEN and other evidence reasonably necessary to verify the professional/tax status.

Where no VÖEN is provided, TOYBAYRAM may verify individual elements such as Identity verified, Phone verified or Profile reviewed but is not required to grant full Verified Performer status.

IV. VERIFICATION PROCESS, STATUS AND OUTCOMES

24.Initiating Verification

Verification may be initiated by the User, by TOYBAYRAM or automatically when a particular feature is used. The Platform may display the verification status and required actions.

25.Possible statuses

The interface may use statuses such as Pending, Additional Information Required, Verified, Verification Failed, Reverification Required or equivalent states.

26.Manual and automated review

Verification may use automated technical tools and manual review by authorized personnel. TOYBAYRAM is not required to disclose internal anti-fraud rules, risk signals, thresholds or methods where disclosure could reduce Platform security.

27.Review time

TOYBAYRAM aims to complete Verification within a reasonable period but does not guarantee a specific completion time because timing may depend on the quality of information provided, need for additional review and external technical factors.

28.Request for additional information

If available information is insufficient, TOYBAYRAM may request an additional document, photograph, explanation or other evidence. Verified status may be withheld until the request is satisfactorily completed.

29.Verification refusal

TOYBAYRAM may refuse to grant Verified status where information cannot be confirmed, there are material inconsistencies, signs of forgery, impersonation, fraud, Platform-rule violations or another reasonable risk.

30.Reverification

TOYBAYRAM may require Reverification following a material profile change, a long period since the previous review, complaints, a security incident, change of ownership of contact details, suspicious activity or other reasonable grounds.

31.Removal of Verified status

Verified status may be suspended or removed where previously verified information becomes inaccurate, the User violates rules, no longer meets Verification requirements or circumstances arise that require a new review.

32.Verification following account sanctions

Where an account has been restricted, suspended or restored, TOYBAYRAM may require new Verification before re-enabling particular features or restoring Verified status.

V. VERIFIED STATUS AND PRESENTATION ON THE PLATFORM

33.Meaning of Verified Performer and VÖEN

Verified Performer means that TOYBAYRAM has completed its internal review of the account, including the stated tax/professional status to the extent required by the current Verification rules.

Full Verified Performer status requires a valid VÖEN and other mandatory checks established by TOYBAYRAM. The badge is not an endorsement, recommendation, insurance or guarantee of quality, legality of future conduct or performance of a Booking.

34.Verification indicators

TOYBAYRAM may display separate verification indicators such as Email verified, Phone verified, Identity verified or Profile reviewed where the corresponding check has actually been completed.

35.Customer verification status

Where Customer verification is available, the Platform may display Verified Customer or individual verified elements. Such status is not a guarantee of solvency, conduct or performance of obligations by the Customer.

36.No unconditional right to a badge

A User does not acquire an unconditional right to a Verified badge merely by submitting documents. The badge is granted and maintained in accordance with current Verification rules and TOYBAYRAM technical capabilities.

37.No misleading use of the badge

It is prohibited to copy, imitate or use a Verified badge outside the designated interface in a manner that creates the impression of separate certification or a guarantee by TOYBAYRAM.

38.Changes to visual presentation

TOYBAYRAM may change the name, design and method of displaying Verified status without changing its essential meaning, provided Users continue to receive accurate information about the checks actually completed.

VI. DATA, SECURITY, COMPLAINTS AND PROTECTION OF TOYBAYRAM

39.Processing of Verification Data and Separate Consent

Verification data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. TOYBAYRAM seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Where law requires separate written or electronic consent, Verification is performed only after obtaining that separate consent containing the required purpose, data list, processing operations, term, withdrawal conditions and deletion/archive conditions.

Biometric data, if such functionality is introduced, requires separate specialized consent and a risk assessment; general consent to ordinary Verification is not treated as sufficient for biometric processing where law requires a separate regime.

40.Documents and restricted access

Access to Verification documents should be limited to persons and providers who need such access for verification, security, legal compliance or technical support of the relevant process.

41.Use of third-party providers

TOYBAYRAM may use specialized third-party providers to verify identity, documents, fraud signals or other Verification elements. Data is shared with such providers only to the extent necessary for the relevant function and subject to applicable data-processing requirements.

42.No absolute security guarantee

TOYBAYRAM takes reasonable measures to protect Verification data, but no information system can guarantee absolute security. Rights and obligations relating to personal-data processing are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

43.Retention of Verification records

TOYBAYRAM may retain Verification status, audit trail and necessary supporting information for as long as reasonably necessary for Platform operation, fraud prevention, complaint handling, legal compliance and protection of legitimate interests.

44.Correction and review request

A User may notify TOYBAYRAM of a factual error in Verification data or request reconsideration of a refusal by providing additional information. This does not guarantee a different result where Verification requirements remain unsatisfied.

45.Forgery and impersonation

Forged documents, use of another person's identity, attempts to deceive Verification or other fraud may result in immediate restriction or termination of the account, removal of Verified status and other measures under the Terms of Use.

46.Verification and complaints against a Performer

Verified status does not prevent TOYBAYRAM from investigating complaints, No-Show, repeated cancellations, threats, fraud or other violations. The Platform may apply sanctions regardless of previous Verification where grounds exist.

47.Limitation of TOYBAYRAM liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOYBAYRAM is not liable for losses arising solely because a User relied on Verified status when choosing another party. Each User independently decides whether to interact and assesses the factors that matter to that User.

Nothing in this Policy excludes liability of TOYBAYRAM for its own acts where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

48.No arbitration function

A decision to grant, suspend or remove Verified status is an internal Platform-management decision and is not a determination of a civil dispute between a Customer and a Performer.

49.Changes to this Policy

TOYBAYRAM may update this Policy as the Platform, Verification technologies, risk management or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated to Users in a reasonable manner.

Where a dispute concerns a Verification decision or Verified status, the User may first submit a reasoned request for reconsideration. Claims directly against TOYBAYRAM are subject to the pre-action and jurisdiction provisions of the Terms of Use, including the 15-business-day response target.

This document is published in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. In the event of a discrepancy, the Azerbaijani version has prevailing legal force. This does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.
