Short answers to the questions we get most.

• Does TOYBAYRAM take a fee?

  No. The platform is free to use and is not a payment intermediary. You and the artist settle up directly, outside the site.

• Does sending a request book the date?

  No. A request is an intention and a question about availability. The date is held only when both sides confirm the same version of the terms.

• What if the terms change?

  Any material change creates a new version and cancels the previous confirmations. Both sides confirm again, so nobody is bound by terms they did not see.

• Can two customers book the same time?

  No. The database itself refuses overlapping bookings. Whoever confirms second gets an explanation and can agree another slot.

• How do I cancel?

  Open the event and use Cancel. The other side is notified. Terms of cancellation are between you and the artist.

• Who can see my details?

  Only the other side of your request. A link alone gives no access: every page checks who is asking.
