Terms of use
What is allowed on the platform, what is not, and what we are responsible for.
The legal wording is being prepared by the client. Below is a description of how the service actually works, and it will be replaced by the final document.
1Who uses the platform
A customer is someone looking for an artist. An artist is someone providing the service. One person can be both: the roles do not exclude each other.
An account is required to send a request. Sign-in is via Google.
2The platform is not a party to the deal
We provide a place to search and to talk. The service contract is made between the customer and the artist.
We do not process payments, take no commission and act as no guarantor. Claims about performance are settled between the parties.
3Confirmed booking
A preliminary request does not take the time of the artist. Time becomes taken only after both parties confirm the terms.
Changing the terms resets confirmations: the new version is confirmed again by both parties.
4Profile content
The artist is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish: description, services, prices, photos, experience.
Impersonating someone else, publishing material of others without rights and stating knowingly false terms are prohibited.
5Reviews
A review may be left only by a customer with a completed event with that artist, and only once per booking.
A review unrelated to the service provided may be removed.
6Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the quality of the service, for a failed event or for settlements between the parties.
We are responsible for the operation of the platform itself and for safeguarding the data entrusted to us.
